ON-SITE REGISTRATION: "Buc-N-Roll" (Required)

Monday, July 27th: Students Last Name A-G from 4:00 – 6:45 PM

Tuesday, July 28th: Students Last Name H-Z from 2:00 – 6:45 PM

Please complete the following prior to on-site registration to speed up the process.  All are required unless noted:
  1. TWO Proofs of Residence(Print and bring in.)
    1. Current utility invoice/bill (electric, gas, water, landline telephone, etc.) 
    2. Legal document, lease, or tax document showing proof of residency for specific address
  2. Student Health Form (Print and complete.)
  3. McKinney-Vento Form (Print and complete.)
  4. TN Immunization w/ TDAP Booster (Required for all 7th graders.)
  5. Prescription and Non-Prescription Medication Forms  (Optional to print, complete, and bring in to school nurse)
  6. PTO Membership Form (Form is optional. May be printed from website.)

**Students will not take school pictures, receive lockers, or be assigned textbooks on registration nights.

Students will receive class schedule only after ALL registration requirements are met above.
